1. Exchanges / Returns

• You can exchange the items after the delivery within 24hrs only .
• Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• You can exchange the dress if you have a size issue with the dress . Please select your preferred size according to our size chart.
• The return must include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
• After the exchange will send a email .

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or worn (other than for trying on), altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
• Sale items or clearance products may not be eligible for a return, so please check the product description for more information.
